Ingredients

  • 1 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1 x Egg, lightly beaten
  • 2 Tbsp. Sugar

Directions

  1. Pn Salt 1/2 ts Vanilla extract 3 c Fresh blueberries, raspberri Strawberries
  2. Combine egg and sugar in a bowl; stir in small amount of warm lowfat milk.
  3. Return all to saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, till mix thickens slightly and coats a spoon, about 15 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat; stir in salt and vanilla. Refrigerateat least 1 hour.
  5. Serve over berries.
