Ingredients

  • 1 c. Seeded, diced unpeeled tomato
  • 1/2 c. Red bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 c. Yellow bell pepper, diced
  • 2 Tbsp. Canned minced green chiles
  • 2 Tbsp. Chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 Tbsp. Chopped fresh onion
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 Tbsp. Balsamic vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp. Fresh lime juice, divided

Directions

  1. Combine first 8 ingredients, and 2 Tbsp. lime juice in bowl; stir well. Let stand 1 hour.
