Ingredients
1 c. Seeded, diced unpeeled tomato
1/2 c. Red bell pepper, diced
1/2 c. Yellow bell pepper, diced
2 Tbsp. Canned minced green chiles
2 Tbsp. Chopped fresh cilantro
1 Tbsp. Chopped fresh onion
1/4 tsp Salt
1 Tbsp. Balsamic vinegar
3 Tbsp. Fresh lime juice, divided
Directions
Combine first 8 ingredients, and 2 Tbsp. lime juice in bowl; stir well. Let stand 1 hour.
