  • 3 Tbsp. canola oil
  • 1 tsp lemon juice Salt and pepper

Directions

  1. In a saucepan, bring beet juice to a boil and reduce 50 percent. Remove from heat and whisk in oil in a slow stream. Whisk in the lemon juice and season with salt and pepper
