Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 oz.) garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
  • 2 to 3 cloves garlic, minced (if you want more of a garlicky taste, add more!)
  • juice from one large lemon
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
