  • 1 can Beer room temp brand or possibly type will do) Smoked sausage sufficient to crock pot

Directions

  1. Cut each lb. of smoked sausage into 4 pcs. Pour the beer in the bottom of the crock pot and pile in the sausage. Cook on HIGH for 2 hrs, then switch to LOW till ready to serve.
  2. Those who like a strong beer taste will want the pcs which actually bathed in the beer. The pcs toward the top of the crock pot will have a more delicate beery tang. During the 2 hrs of cooking, the alcohol in the beer will evaporate completely, so the whole family can enjoy these. :)
