  1. Mix 1 c. of flour, paprika and salt. Add in beer and beat with a whisk till syrupy. Cut shrimp to fan-tail. Dust shrimp with flour. Dip into batter and then into the 1 c. of flour. Put on waxed paper and freeze till needed.
