Ingredients
- 1 (14 ounce.) bottle ketchup
- 2/3 c. chili sauce
- 1/3 c. warm mustard
- 1 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
- Dash Tabasco sauce
- 3/4 c. brown sugar
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1/2 c. beer
Directions
- Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Simmer 15 min in large saucepan. This is a warm, spicy sauce. If you prefer it a little milder, substitute regular mustard for the warm mustard and cut down on the Worcestershire sauce.
