Directions

  1. Combine meat, 1/2 c. cheese, olives and onion; set aside. Combine soups and enchilada sauce. Spread meat mix on tortilla. Roll up and place in 9 x 13 inch sprayed baking dish. Pour sauce over top and top with remaining 1 c. shredded cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 min.
