Ingredients: 1 1/2 lbs. grnd beef, brown and drain; 1 1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese; 1/2 can sliced black olives; 1/2 c. minced onion; 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup; 1 can condensed tomato soup; 10 ounce. can warm enchilada sauce; 1 pkg. sm. flour tortillas

1 1/2 lbs. grnd beef, brown and drain
1 1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1/2 can sliced black olives
1/2 c. minced onion
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 can condensed tomato soup
10 ounce. can warm enchilada sauce
1 pkg. sm. flour tortillas

Directions

Combine meat, 1/2 c. cheese, olives and onion; set aside. Combine soups and enchilada sauce. Spread meat mix on tortilla. Roll up and place in 9 x 13 inch sprayed baking dish. Pour sauce over top and top with remaining 1 c. shredded cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 min.
