  • 1 pkg. macaroni & cheese dinner
  • 1 pound grnd chuck
  • 1/2 c. minced celery
  • 1/4 c. green pepper
  • 1/4 c. minced onion
  • 1 can whole kernel corn, liquid removed
  • 1 (6 ounce.) can tomato paste
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Dash of pepper

Directions

  1. Prepare macaroni as directed. Brown meat, celery, green pepper and onion; cook till tender. Stir in tomato paste, water, salt and pepper. Add in macaroni; mix well. Pour in 2 qt casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 min.
