Beef With Snow Peas Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 pound beef steak, sliced thin
  • 1/4 c. oil
  • 2 pkg. frzn snow peas (thawed & liquid removed)
  • 1 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 lg. onion, minced

Directions

  1. Mix all butter ingredients together, add in beef, cover and chill at least 6 hrs.
  2. Heat wok to 375 degrees. Add in 2 Tbsp. oil. Add in peas and onions. Cook till almost tender, stir in soy sauce and sugar; cook 1 minute longer. Remove from wok. Add in oil; cook beef 3 min. Add in marinade sauce. Add in vegetables and cook for 2 min more or possibly till beef is done. Serve with rice or possibly noodles. Serves 6.
