Ingredients

  • 2 lb lean beef, such as round cubed about 1 1/2"
  • 1 x acorn squash peeled, seeded, and cut in 1" pcs
  • 2 lrg red potatoes cubed in 1 1/2" pcs
  • 1 lrg onion quartered, and sliced 1/4" thick
  • 1 pkt dry mushroom gravy mix
  • 1 can diced tomatoes with juice - (14 1/2 ounce)
  • 1/4 tsp allspice
  • 1/4 tsp garlic pwdr
  • 1/4 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
  • 2 lrg bay leaves Salt to taste

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in crockpot. Cover and cook on LOW for 8 to 10 hrs.
  2. This recipe yields 6 servings.
