Ingredients

  • 1 pound lean grnd beef
  • 2 tbsp. chopped onion
  • 1 tbsp. parsley flakes
  • 1 (6 ounce.) can tomato paste
  • 3 c. water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoon chili pwdr
  • 1 (4 ounce.) can undrained mushroom stems and pcs
  • 1 (7 ounce.) pkg. macaroni

Directions

  1. Brown beef in electric skillet at 325 degrees. Add in onion, parsley flakes, tomato paste, water, salt, chili pwdr, mushrooms and macaroni. Bring to a boil.
  2. Cover, with vent closed; reduce heat to simmer and cook for 20-25 min or possibly till macaroni is tender. Reduce heat to hot for serving. Serves 5-6.
