Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. chuck beef (cut into piece)
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
  • 1 c. Pepsi

Directions

  1. Place meat in casserole dish. Don't season. Pour soup and dry mix over meat. Add in Pepsi. Don't stir. Cover and cook 275 degrees for 4 hrs. While cooking don't open oven. Let cold 15 min before serving. Serve over rice.
