Ingredients

  • 1 can (10 3/4 ounce.) French onion soup
  • 1 can (10 3/4 ounce.) cream of mushroom soup (1/3 salt type)
  • 1 pound steak (sirloin, flank, round, or possibly etc.)

Directions

  1. Mix cream of mushroom and French onion soup in a large bowl.
  2. Cut away fat from steak. Cut steak into 1/2 inch cubes.
  3. Combine soup mix and steak cubes in casserole dish. Cook in preheated 350 degree oven for 3 1/2 hrs. Serve over rice.
