Ingredients

  • 1 med green or possibly red pepper, sliced
  • 1 x onion, sliced
  • 1/2 lb beef sirloin steak, cut into thin strips Flour tortillas (7 inch) TACO BELL HOME ORIGINALS Thick 'N Chunky Salsa

Directions

  1. Cook and stir green pepper and onion in 1 Tbsp. oil in large skillet on medium-high heat 5 min or possibly till tender-crisp.
  2. Add in steak strips; cook and stir 3 to 4 min or possibly till steak is cooked.
  3. Fill tortillas with steak mix; drizzle with salsa. Roll up.
  4. Round Out the Meal: Try serving with warm cooked MINUTE White Rice sprinkled with KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese.
