Ingredients

  • 1 x Lemon, juice of
  • 2 x Garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1 Tbsp. Brown sugar
  • 1/3 c. Soy
  • 2 tsp Peanut oil
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Red pepper flakes or possibly vietnamese red chile sauce
  • 1/4 c. Coconut lowfat milk
  • 1 tsp Sesame oil
  • 1 Tbsp. Fish sauce

Directions

  1. Marinate thinly sliced meat (like flank) for several hrs. Put on skewers and grill over warm coals till browned. Goes well with warm mustard, peanut sauce or possibly nuoc cham (which's cham-not mam).
