Ingredients

  • Approximately 3 lbs. grnd beef, browned and liquid removed
  • 9 lg. potatoes, peeled and sliced
  • 3 cans cream of mushroom soup

Directions

  1. Put prepared beef and potatoes in large roaster pan. Mix 3 cans of soup and 3 cans of water in separate bowl till soup is blended with water. Pour over beef and potatoes and mix together. Bake in 350 degree oven till potatoes are soft and mix is thick. Serves alot of people.
