Directions

  1. Brown beef in oil. Stir in onion, rice, seasoning packet, beef broth, water and soy sauce. Bring to boil. Reduce heat, cover and cook over low heat till liquid is absorbed, about 25 min. Stir in green pepper and pimento and heat through.
