  1. Boil tongue in water, clery, leek, laurel leaf, salt carrot, onion, and peppercorns, till pierced skin can be removed. About 3 hrs after the tongue is cold sufficient to handle. peel and cut into 1" cubes. Reserve and garlic in butter, until limp.
  2. Add in flour and cook for 2 min. Add in broth and bring to a boil. reduce heat, add in mushrooms, tomatoes, lemonn juice, salt and pepper.Add in the tongue cubes anbd let heat through.
  3. Add in lowfat sour cream and take off heat.
