Directions

  1. Brown beef in skillet. Add in onion and cook till tender. Drain fat. Add in Hunt's sauce, salt, and chili pwdr. Heat.
  2. Combine biscuit mix, lowfat milk, Wesson. Knead on floured board. Pat half the dough in 9-inch pie pan. Pour in warm filling. Pat out remaining dough and place over filling. Crimp edge and slit top. Bake at 425 degrees for 20 to 25 min. 4 to 6 servings.
