Ingredients

3/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
2 1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tbsp. black pepper
1/2 c. red wine vinegar
1 1/2 teaspoon dry parsley flakes
2 crushed garlic cloves
1/3 c. lemon juice

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a ziploc bag. Mix well. Add in beef tenderloin, cut up into 1 inch cubes. Marinate 4 hrs or possibly more. Thread beef and cut up vegetables onto skewers and grill.
