  • 2 lb Boneless round steak
  • 2 env dry onion soup mix
  • 1 x 10.75z can condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 1/2 c. Water Mashed potatoes, optional

Directions

  1. Cut steak into six serving-size peices; place in a slow cooker. Combine soup mix, soup and water; pour over beef. Cover and cook on LOW for 7-8 hrs or possibly till meat is tender. Serve with mashed potatoes if you like.
