Ingredients

  • 4 x 6 to 8 ounce beef tenderloin steaks
  • 1/2 tsp freshly grnd black pepper
  • 1 c. whipping cream
  • 2 Tbsp. orange marmalade
  • 1 Tbsp. prepared horseradish

Directions

  1. Sprinkle steaks with black pepper. Grill, covered with grill lid, over medium-high heat 4 to 8 min on each side or possibly to desired degree of doneness.
  2. Bring whipping cream, orange marmalade, and horseradish to a boil in a skillet over medium-high heat, stirring constantly. Reduce heat, and simmer 5 min or possibly till thickened, stirring often. Serve immediately with steaks.
  3. Yield: 4servings.
