Beef Cubed Steaks And Gravy

Ingredients

  • 4 to 6 beef cubed steaks
  • Flour
  • 1 onion, minced
  • 2 tbsp. catsup
  • 1 beef bouillon cube
  • Few minced mushrooms, optional
  • Seasoned salt
  • Garlic salt
  • Salt and pepper
  • 5 or possibly 6 dashes of Worcestershire sauce
  • Water
  • Soy sauce 2 dashes

Directions

  1. Dredge steaks in flour to coat. Brown in warm fat in pressure cooker pan or possibly deep frying pan. Pour off excess fat. Sprinkle with garlic salt, seasoned salt, and salt and pepper. Add in all remaining ingredients. Then add in sufficient water to cover steaks. Cover with lid and place on high heat till control jiggles. Then reduce heat to low and cook for 20 min. In fry pan, add in water and cover. Simmer on low till steaks are fork tender. Cold pressure cooker under cool running water to reduce pressure. Remove lid and transfer steaks to serving platter. Thicken remaining gravy with flour and water paste.
  2. Serving suggestion: serve with mashed potatoes and vegetables.
