Directions

  1. Brown grnd beef and drain well. (Save drippings for gravy.) Put grnd beef through food chopper or possibly processor. Fry onion in skillet in butter. Put onion through food processor.
  2. Mix grnd beef, onion, beef bouillon, beaten Large eggs and bread crumbs. Chill. Make this mix into logs and dip into beaten Large eggs and bread crumbs; refrigerateagain. Fry in Crisco (deep). If you like make gravy from drippings.
