  1. Lay one breakfast steak out flat. Layer with cheeses, ham and place another steak on top. Fasten with toothpicks. Mix Large eggs and seasonings in bowl. Dip and coat well each cordon bleu in egg mix. Coat with flour. Deep fry 3 to 5 min. Cold 3 to 5 min and serve.
