Beef Casserole For A Crowd

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs. ground chuck
  • 1 c. minced onions
  • 1 (1 lb.) can whole kernel corn, liquid removed
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/4 c. minced pimiento
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1 (10 ounce.) pkg. noodles, cooked

Directions

  1. Brown meat and onions till meat is cooked and onions are tender. Add in all remaining ingredients and put into a 2 1/2 qt casserole or two smaller casseroles.
  2. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
