Beef, Cabbage, And Rice Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pound grnd chuck or possibly round
  • 1 med. onion, minced
  • 1 sm. head cabbage, shredded or possibly sliced
  • 3 c. cooked rice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic pwdr
  • 2 c. spaghetti sauce
  • 2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Directions

  1. Brown beef in skillet; drain fat; add in onion, salt, pepper, and garlic. Cook cabbage for 8 min in small amount of water. Drain any water left after cooking.
  2. In 9x13 inch pan which has been greased, make layer of rice, cabbage, beef, sauce and Mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min.
