Ingredients
- 4 lbs. grnd beef
- 2 c. water
- 2 med. onions, minced
- 1 c. oatmeal
- 1/2 c. masa
- 1 tbsp. salt & pepper
- 1 tbsp. oregano & cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon curry pwdr
- 1 tbsp. crushed red pepper
- 1 teaspoon Accent
- 1 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 4 dozen tortillas
Directions
- Cook meat, water and onions. Mix separate the spices. Bring all to a boil, turn heat off and add in masa and oatmeal. Stir and let set to thicken. Makes 48 burritos.
