  • 1 pound lean grnd beef
  • 1 sm. onion, minced
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce.) can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 8 ounce. mushroom stems and pcs, liquid removed
  • 2 tbsp. tomato paste
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 c. dairy lowfat sour cream
  • 2 tbsp. fresh parsley
  • 4 c. warm cooked rice or possibly noodles

Directions

  1. Place grnd beef in 2 qt microproof casserole. break up with fork. Stir in onion and garlic. Cook on High 7 to 8 min, or possibly till beef is no longer red, and onions transparent, drain. Stir soup, mushrooms, tomato paste, salt and pepper. Cover, cook on High 8 min, stirring once. Stir in lowfat sour cream. Cook on 6 for 1 minute. Stir, sprinkle with parsley. Serve over rice or possibly noodles. Cooks in 16-17 min.
