Ingredients

  • Bear meat cut 1" cubes
  • 1/2 c. soy sauce
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar - (firmly packed)
  • 1/4 c. veg. oil
  • 1 Tbsp. garlic pwdr
  • 1 lrg onion finely minced
  • 1 can beer - (12 ounce) Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients. Chill, allowing the cubes of bear meat to marinate overnight.
  2. Place the meat on skewers, and grill over warm coals till well-done.
