  • 500g green beans, trimmed
  • 40g butter
  • 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Directions

  1. Cook beans in a large saucepan of boiling salted water for 1 to 3 minutes or until just tender. Drain.
  2. Melt butter in a large frying pan over medium-high heat until foaming. Add beans, nutmeg and salt and pepper. Toss to combine. Serve.
