• 1 1/2 c. Green lentils, cooked (canned) rinse and drain
• 1/2 c. black beans, canned rinse and drain
• 1/2 c. navy beans, canned rinse and drain
• 1/2 c. red bell peppers diced
• 1/2 c. green bell peppers diced
• 1/2 c. carrots diced, blanched
• 1/2 c. corn roasted
• 1/2 c. red onion diced
• 2 Tbsp. fresh basil leaves minced
• 2 Tbsp. fresh cilantro minced
• 1 x Jalapeno seeded, chopped
• 1 c. orange juice
• 2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
• 1/2 c. rice vinegar
• 1/2 c. orange sections Salt and pepper to taste
