Ingredients

  • 4 lrg Raw turkey breast slices - (abt 1/2" thk) Oil for brushing Bayou Blast see * Note
  • 1 c. Homemade or possibly prepared BBQ sauce
  • 6 slc Red onion rings - (3/4" thk) still intact
  • 5 x Roma plum tomatoes halved lengthwise Minced parsley for garnish

Directions

  1. Preheat grill or possibly light a barbecue.
  2. Brush turkey slices, tomatoes and onion rings with oil and season with Bayou Blast. Place all on grill together. Watching carefully, turn and baste turkey and vegetables with BBQ sauce. Cooking time will be very quick, about 2 min per side. When cooked, layer tomatoes, onions and turkey on 2 plates and drizzle with a little extra BBQ sauce.
  3. This recipe yields 2 servings.
