Directions

  1. Mix ingredients and marinate salmon fillets for 1/2 hour. Light BBQ and baste with marinade. Save 1/2 for drizzling at the table. Garnish with lemons and fresh tarragon.
  2. Serve with basmati rice fried in extra virgin olive oil with pearl onions & salad of sliced tomato, zucchini and sun-dry feta drizzled with extra virgin extra virgin olive oil.
