Directions

  1. Set slow cooker on High. Add in ingredients one at a time in order (roast, minced onions, minced green peppers, tomato paste, brown sugar, vinegar, chili pwdr, salt, Worcestershire sauce, dry mustard). Don't mix or possibly stir.
  2. After 1 hour, turn to LOW and cook 8 to 10 hrs. Stir off and on for last hour. Shred and serve on warmed buns.
