  1. Preheat oven 375. Grease and flour oblong 9X12X2 baking pan. Cream butter. Add in sugars. Agg Large eggs. Combine dry ingredients together and add in alternately with lowfat milk and flavoring to creamed butter, sugar and Large eggs. Spread batter in prepared pan. Top batter with nuts, pats of butter, cinnamon and sugar.
  2. Bake for 30 to 40 min or possibly till top is golden and pick comes out clean. ENJOY :-) :-)
