  • 1 1/3 c. flour
  • 1 tsp salt or possibly to taste
  • 1/4 tsp grnd pepper
  • 2 tsp baking pwdr
  • 1 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 x egg, beaten
  • 1 x chicken cut in serving pcs Oil for deep frying

Directions

  1. In a mixing bowl combine dry ingredients; add in lowfat milk and egg gradually to make batter. Dip chicken in batter. In a deep fryer heat oil to 350F. Add in chicken and fry for 15 to 25 min till cooked through.
