Ingredients
- Fish, shrimp, fritters, zucchini slices, mushrooms, banana, apple ham, onion rings, etc.
- 1 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1/4 c. oil
Directions
- If using self-rising flour, omit baking pwdr and salt.Heat oil 2 to 3 inches to 375 degrees. Beat ingredients for batter. Coat food with flour. Dip into batter and fry in hot oil till brown. Drain.
