6 x Cloves garlic, chopped
1/2 c. Freshly minced basil
4 Tbsp. Lightly toasted pine nuts
1 Tbsp. White wine
2 Tbsp. Freshly grated Parmesan cheese Salt to taste Crushed dry red chile to taste
1/2 lb Unsalted butter, softened
Directions
Mix all the ingredients together well. Heat to serve.
