  1. 4 Sheets (12 x 18" each) Reynolds Wrap Everyday Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil
  2. Preheat oven to 450F or possibly preheat grill to med-high.
  3. Center one chicken breast half on each sheet of Reynolds Wrap Everyday Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil. Combine parsley, lemon peel, basil and salt; sprinkle over chicken. Top with yellow squash and red pepper. Sprinkle chicken and vegetables with pepper.
  4. Bring up sides of foil and double fold. Double fold ends to create a packet, leaving room for heat circulation inside packet. Repeat to make 4 packets.
  5. Bake 16 - 18 minutes on a cookie sheet in oven Or possibly
  6. Grill 11 - 13 minutes in covered grill.
  7. Makes 4 servings
  8. This was very good!! We had to cook it longer ... so your cooking times may vary from the recipe.
  9. NOTES : I made this for dinner tonite ... along with a baked sweet potato ... quick and easy and not much to clean up. We have started using those disposable gloves when we work with raw chicken. Do any of you do this too This was very good!!
