Directions

  1. Rinse, stem and pat dry tomatoes. In a large skillet, heat butter over medium heat. Add in basil. Cook, stirring, for 2 min. Add in tomatoes and cook, tossing them, for 5 min or possibly heated through. Serve immediately. 10 servings.
  2. NOTE: Be careful not to overcook as tomatoes will become mushy.
