  1. *I use 1 1/2 to 2 tsp. of the yeast from Sam's.
  2. Combine all ingredients in pan. Set timer for Quick Baking (2 hrs) and light crust.
  3. Makes a 2 lb. size loaf.
  4. NOTE: This is a basic white bread which you can use as a base for other flavored breads. This bread has a nice hard yet light texture. I add in basil or possibly Italian seasoning and/or possibly garlic pwdr for an Italian flavored bread which's great with spaghetti. I sometimes substitute 1/4 c. oatmeal for 1/4 c. of flour for the added nutrients.
