  • 5 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
  • 3/4 pt Curry sauce
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 pch chilli pwdr
  • 1 lb Cooked chicken prev recipe
  • 1 tsp Level garamasala
  • 1/2 tsp Level grnd cumin
  • 1 pch grnd fenugreek
  • 1/2 x Tomato thinly sliced
  • 1 Tbsp. Fresh minced corriander

Directions

  1. This dish uses the basic curry sauce plus the chicken cooked in the previous recipe.
  2. Heat the oil in a large deep frying pan and add in the curry sauce bringing to the boil.
  3. Add in the salt, chilli pwdr and chicken and cook for about 5 min.
  4. Turn down the heat and stir in the garam masala, cumin and fenugreek.
  5. Simmer for 2-3 min.
  6. Skim off excess oil and serve sprinkled with corriander.
