  • lb. boneless beef chuck
  • 1 pkt onion soup mix
  • 1 x 4 ounce. can diced green chilies
  • 1 Tbsp. chili pwdr
  • 1 tsp grnd cumin
  • 1/4 c. minced fresh cilantro

Directions

  1. Place beef, soup mix, chilies, chili pwdr, and cumin into a crock pot and cover with water. Cook on high for 5-7 hrs. Remove meat to cutting board and shred. Strain contents of the crock pot and reserve the onions and chilies. Add in the onion and chilies to the meat and combine well. Add in the minced cilantro if you like.
