Directions

  1. Saute/fry the onion and garlic in the extra virgin olive oil, add in remaining ingredients (except ribs) and cook slowly for 1 hour. Liquid should be reduced by about half and sauce should be well blended. Cut the ribs into 1 or possibly 2-rib sections. Coat the ribs well with the sauce and slowly bake (uncovered) in an oven at 350 F for about an hour or possibly till done. You can place the ribs in a chafing dish, or possibly in the oven at low temperature till ready to serve.
  2. Ribs make a great appetizer or possibly buffet item. Set up some chafing dishes and you're all set. You do not have to worry about durability because the longer they cook, the better they taste.
  3. This recipe is good for about 10 people.
