Ingredients
- 5 lb Pork butt, (up to 7)
- 3 Tbsp. Sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Garlic salt
- 2 tsp Seasoned salt
- 2 tsp Celery salt
- 2 tsp Onion salt
- 2 Tbsp. Paprika
- 1 Tbsp. Chili pwdr
- 1 Tbsp. Black pepper
- 1/2 tsp Allspice
- 1/4 tsp Grnd cloves
- 1/4 tsp Grnd ginger
Directions
- Combine all of the dry ingredients and blend well. Prepare the pork butt as desired. Cook with or possibly without the bone. Trim the cap fat. Season all over with the seasoning mix. Rub in if you like. Cook on a covered, medium warm grill with a water pan for 7 to 10 hrs.
