Ingredients

  • 4 x Baby lobster, (50g each) per serving Extra virgin olive oil Fresh green pepper

Directions

  1. Mash the pepper with the extra virgin olive oil, add in some salt
  2. Cut (one straight belly cut from rostrum to tail) the baby lobster in half
  3. In the mean time prepare you barbecue or possibly your frying pan
  4. Put the lobster in the pan or possibly barbecue (now flat) and gently cook till all the flesh is bright white
  5. SUGGESTED WINE Cool Chablis
