  • 12 x ready made beef kebabs
  • 6 med egg tomatoes halved lengthways
  • 500 gm asparagus halved
  • 600 gm c. mushrooms
  • 125 gm sun dry tomato butter

Directions

  1. Barbecue (or possibly grill or possibly char-grill) kebabs for 5 min. Add in tomato, asparagus, and mushrooms; cook till kebabs and vegetables are browned and cooked as desired. Brush kebabs and vegetables with sun dry tomato butter occasionally during cooking.
