Barbecued Chicken In Foil

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 to 2 lbs. chicken, cut up
  • 3 tbsp. catsup
  • 2 tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp. Worcestershire
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 2 tbsp. melted butter
  • 2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 2 teaspoon chili pwdr
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients except chicken parts. Dip chicken parts in the sauce and arrange in a single layer on aluminum foil. Spoon remaining sauce over chicken. Seal the foil tightly and place in pan. Bake at 500 degrees for 15 min. Reduce heat to 350 and bake for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hrs.
